1. No Return and No Exchange

All purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, colour preference, style preference or ordering the wrong product.

Please check the size chart, product description, images and order details carefully before completing your purchase. If you need help choosing a size, contact our team before placing your order.

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly at support@piploy.com or +91 94284 90518. Include your order number, clear photographs or an unboxing video if available, and a description of the issue. We will review the complaint and provide an appropriate resolution where required by applicable law and our verified order terms.

4. Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian consumer protection laws. If a product is defective, deficient, spurious, not as advertised or incorrectly supplied, applicable legal remedies may still be available.

5. Refunds

Refunds are not provided for ordinary change-of-mind requests. Where a refund is required by law or approved following review of a valid complaint, it will be processed using the applicable method and within the required timeframe.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled merely as a change-of-mind request once processing has begun, subject to applicable law and any cancellation rights communicated at checkout.
